The bending machine is a forming precision machine tool that uses the reciprocating motion of the slider along the frame rail under the action of force to force the horizontally placed workpiece to bend into the required cross-sectional shape. With the continuous improvement of the requirements for complex precision bending processes, the increasing labor costs and the workers’ requirements for the working environment, electric bending machines with the characteristics of fast response speed, intelligence and networking, energy saving and environmental protection have become a development trend. The sheet metal parts processed in some special industries are large in size, thick in plate and have high precision requirements, which puts forward more stringent requirements on the development of bending machines. Not only must they have strong bending pressure, but also superior multi-axis synchronization performance. It is essential for my country to study synchronous control systems and key technologies with independent intellectual property rights, which lays a solid foundation for the development of a new generation of all-electric bending machine industry with independent intellectual property rights in my country.
The design of the two-dimensional bending machine mechanism mainly controls the motor speed through a reducer. The motor and the driving shaft are connected by a belt, and the driving shaft and the driven shaft are connected by gears. A connecting rod mechanism is used between the driven shaft and the slider. The main functions realized in this project are automatic feeding, straightening and wire bending. The main structure of the two-dimensional bending machine consists of a bending unit, a straightening unit, a transmission unit, and a reducer unit.
