Vertical Steam Engine – 3D Model SolidWorks
3D model of vertical steam engine. The combustion part of the steam engine adopts a double-layer grate combustion chamber, which has fast temperature and pressure rise. The unburned gas undergoes secondary combustion, which plays a role in full combustion, smoke elimination and dust removal. The curved water pipe arranged on the upper part of the furnace body is the convection heating area, and the grate pipe and furnace arranged on the lower part of the furnace body are the radiation heating area. The furnace structure and flue gas flow are reasonably laid out and have good heat transfer. The steam engine has a reasonable design, simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, small footprint, and low infrastructure investment. It is one of the more ideal equipment for small enterprises and institutions to use steam for production and heating.
