This project is a vertical injection molding machine molding, using robots instead of manual labor, to complete the implantation and removal of metal bezels for cell phone products. The robot gripper grabs two pieces of blank incoming material at a time, and before putting them into the mold of the vertical injection molding machine, the robot takes out the finished products in the mold first, and then puts in the blank bezel. After the robot exits the mold, the vertical injection molding machine moves to the mold closing area. The robot then sends the finished product out to the manual unloading side. The robot adopts fanuc 50KG specification, and the hand gripping mechanism adopts pneumatic with spring floating guide mechanism, which is capable of accomplishing high precision implantation requirements.
