1. This equipment is an automatic detection equipment for vacuum pump through holes
The second process is: manually take the product from the belt line and put it in the positioning fixture. The fixture moves to the detection position and the positioning pin is accurately positioned. The photoelectric detection is in place. The clamping mechanism presses the fixture. The upper probe and the right probe run for detection, and the material is automatically returned to the position for manual unloading
Three: The equipment mainly includes a belt conveyor unit, a positioning fixture mechanism, an upper probe detection mechanism, a right probe detection mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a fine-tuning mechanism, and a photoelectric detection mechanism. The drawings are complete and editable, including engineering drawings and bom tables. There are design data files for reference and study.
