The UV glue dispensing and curing machine introduces automated equipment to realize automatic glue dispensing and UV curing of display screens to improve production capacity and save manpower.
Brief description of the action process
Start the system, adjust the conveying speed, adjust the material width, and select the corresponding program.
The employee manually puts the workpiece on the upper material conveying trough of the conveyor belt.
After the workpiece flows to the adjustment rack, the workpiece will be accurately positioned and the machine will complete the glue dispensing operation.
After the glue dispensing is completed, the workpiece flows to the leveling section for glue leveling.
The leveled workpiece flows to the UV component for UV curing.
After the light curing is completed, the workpiece flows to the flipping position, and the flipping mechanism flips the workpiece 180° and sends the workpiece to the No. 2 conveyor belt.
The workpiece will also complete the glue dispensing and UV curing operations on the No. 2 conveyor belt, and the process is the same as the No. 1 assembly line process.
When the light curing is completed, the workpiece flows to the unloading position and is taken away manually.
