3D model of an upright powerful vacuum cleaner, designed in solidworks 2012.
The upright vacuum cleaner has a large suction port, which can cope with the requirements of dust removal over a large area. The suction port has a large space, and even small sand and gravel can be sucked in. The main components of a modern vacuum cleaner are a vacuum pump, a dust bag, a hose, and nozzles of various shapes. There is an electric exhaust fan inside the machine, which runs at high speed after being powered on, creating an instant vacuum inside the vacuum cleaner. The internal air pressure is much lower than the external air pressure. Under the action of this pressure difference, dust and dirt enter the vacuum cleaner barrel with the air flow, and then are filtered by the dust bag. The dust and dirt remain in the dust bag, and the purified air escapes back into the room through the motor, playing a role in cooling the motor and purifying the air.
