The thermal generator structure consists of: a flask-shaped heat-receiving body, an insulating thermal conductive film, a conductive mesh; a thermal electron emitter attached to the conductive mesh; an electron collecting plate; an exhaust valve; and an excitation source that provides an excitation electric field.
