Terminal cutting and carrier packaging machine equipment introduction:
1. The terminal automatically arrives at the cutting station through the delivery end. The terminal uses a double ratchet mechanism, and the loading and unloading can achieve zero terminal waste. There is a waste cutting and collecting mechanism at the rear of the delivery end mechanism;
2. The carrier is transported by the stepper motor ratchet mechanism;
3. After the automatic suction mechanism sucks 3 products at the same time, it is cut at the cutting station;
4. The transport mechanism changes the distance of the cut terminals during the transport process and then places them in the carrier. The transport mechanism uses a servo motor groove wheel mechanism with fast speed and low noise;
5. Automatic sealing tape.
