After the electrical and gas connections of the taping packaging machine are completed, if it is a hot package, let the knife rise to the appropriate temperature, adjust the carrier tape and the air source pressure. Use manual or automatic loading equipment to put the SMD components into the carrier tape, and the motor rotates to pull the cover tape forming carrier tape to the packaging position. In this position, the cover tape is on top and the carrier tape is on the bottom. The two heated blades are pressed on the cover tape and the carrier tape, so that the cover tape seals the SMD component opening on the carrier tape, thus achieving the purpose of SMD component packaging. Then the receiving tray rolls up the packaged carrier tape.
