This product is used in the air duct motor stator housing assembly workshop of air conditioner manufacturers. The rolled plate housing and stator are assembled by riveting, and the stator axial stop is riveted on the circumferential surface to fix the stator in the axial direction. The operator places the stator on the lower die, and then places the rolled plate structure housing on the stator, starts the button, and the upper die is pressed down by the oil cylinder (the pressing process is divided into rapid pressing at the beginning and deceleration pressing at the end). When the upper die rivets the housing in place, it maintains pressure for 0.5 seconds, and the side pressure mechanism works by riveting the axial stop through the gas-liquid booster cylinder.
