This model is designed with solidworks2018 and is used for shaping and testing the stator and rotor cores of motor manufacturers. The cores are fed through a conveyor belt, and the claws carry the cores to the riveting station for riveting and shaping. After shaping, they are moved to the inspection station through a transport mechanism. The laser displacement sensor is used to detect the thickness of the cores. After passing the test, the camera takes photos to inspect the product appearance. The file package contains step/xt/igs/easm and other formats for easy use.
