This equipment is used for rotor assembly and production in the micro-motor industry. The products used mainly include squirrel cage rotor 8042 series rotor specifications. The whole machine adopts servo mechanism, equipment features, chamfering mechanism to remove foreign matter such as flash generated during die-casting of squirrel cage rotor, and adopts power head mechanism. At the same time, the rotor shaft storage mechanism has a large storage capacity, and a horizontal mechanism is used for shaft penetration. The rotor is positioned by pre-piercing the shaft and then the rotor shaft is inserted into the rotor shaft hole. The transfer mechanism adopts linear synchronous transfer and pneumatic structure. The riveting part adopts 5-ton equivalent servo electric cylinder for riveting. The whole machine beat is controlled at 5s, and the riveting depth and riveting pressure are fed back in real time through the pressure curve and recorded and saved.
