The total inhalation resistance of the respiratory mask should not exceed 350Pa, and the total exhalation resistance should not exceed 250Pa. Number and requirements for respiratory mask resistance test: 4 samples, 2 of which are untreated samples and the other 2 are pre-treated samples. If the samples to be tested have different numbers, there should be two samples for each number, 1 of which is an untreated sample and the other is a pre-treated sample.
Instructions:
1. Check the air tightness and working status of the detection device, adjust the ventilation volume to 85±1 L/min, and set the system resistance of the detection device to 0.
2. Wear the sample to be tested on the matching test head model, adjust the wearing position of the mask and the tightness of the headband to ensure the close fit between the mask and the test head model. Then adjust the ventilation volume to 85±1 L/min, measure and record the inhalation resistance.
