Small Carton Packaging Folding Machine – 3D Model SolidWorks

The small paper box packaging folding machine realizes the automatic forming and folding of the paper edge of the airplane box through the mechanism; in this model, the cardboard silo mechanism contains two stepper motors in the length and width directions, which can realize the storage of cardboards of various specifications; in the paper pressing platform, the positioning mechanism below the platform is adjusted in length by the stepper screw mechanism, and the cylinder cylindrical cam structure is adjusted in width, which is compatible with the positioning of different cardboards; above the paper pressing platform, there are cylinder punching mechanisms and two-side paper box folding ear mechanisms; through the punching mechanism, the periphery of the cardboard is folded into a frame, and the two-side folding ear mechanisms lock the cardboard ears to complete the automatic folding of the cardboard to the paper box, and finally the material is sucked by the suction cup.
