Heat pump sludge low temperature drying technology is a treatment technology that dries sludge by circulating dry hot air generated by the low temperature drying system in the system. Sludge with a solid content of 20% that has passed through a plate and frame filter press, a belt filter press, and a centrifugal dehydrator can be dried into dry mud blocks with a solid content of 90%. Heat pump sludge low temperature drying technology can reduce the volume of sludge by 1/4, only consumes electricity, does not require other auxiliary energy, and the energy consumption is 1/3 of that of conventional drying equipment.
