Six-Station Double Turntable Aluminum Foil Paper Sticking Machinery Equipment/Automatic Labeling Machine – 3D Model SolidWorks
The 3D model of an automatic labeling machine with 6 stations and double turntable aluminum foil paper pasting equipment is relatively complete.
The six-station double turntable aluminum foil paper pasting mechanical equipment has high efficiency and can mount up to UPH850-950 pieces/H.
The equipment is mainly based on the process requirements of labeling and film pasting, combined with the equal-station principle of the precision rotary divider, all the process stations such as labeling, film pasting, and flipping are reasonably distributed around the two dividers, and the workpiece can complete all the process step requirements by clamping it once. (The detailed number of process stations is ultimately determined by the specific process requirements, which may be increased or reduced.)
The rotary divider rotates clockwise, and the preliminary planned process sequence is: back adhesive paste; A product back barcode paste; PCB board flip 180° (may be divided into two stations); protective film paste; B product barcode paste, A&B products only paste barcode once, and the equipment’s barcode post position only uses one for each product.
The back glue sticking position adopts a CNC three-axis adjustable labeling machine, and the others are conventional labeling machines.
The main structure uses imported standard parts, the equipment structure is simple, and our company’s standard laminating module plus a special process dedicated labeling head are preferred. The probability of mechanical failure is greatly reduced and easy to maintain.
