The 5-axis desktop robot with xyzr+flip axis is used for gluing, and the 3-axis manipulator carries the parts for batch input and batch output. The products need to be glued on both sides. When inputting, the personnel only need to put the whole plate of the stacked products into the input fixture, and select the type and parameters to be glued through the upper computer software. After the computer confirms, the input fixture is automatically put into the equipment, and the 3-axis robot clamps the product and puts it into the 5-axis robot flip fixture. The 5-axis robot starts to glue the front of the product. After completion, the flip axis drives the flip mechanism to flip and glue the back. After all is completed, call the 3-axis manipulator to change the material. The 3-axis manipulator puts the glued product into the bottom outfeed tray, and then puts the new product from the input tray into the flip mechanism. Until all the products are glued, the equipment automatically outputs the empty input tray and the bottom full tray to the loading and unloading position outside the equipment.
