Among them, pneumatic components are the main power components of the engineering vehicle, and its island access, ammunition retrieval, and trailer all contain cylinders. The following is a brief understanding of the general structure of the engineering vehicle through several pictures from different perspectives.
Difficulties
With the support of the pneumatic island access solution, the technical difficulties of the engineering vehicle can be listed one by one here.
1. The synchronization problem of the two telescopic legs.
2. The problem of adjusting the cylinder telescopic speed (by adjusting the constant pressure valve air pressure and changing the pipe diameter): too fast is easy to damage the mechanism, too slow affects the speed.
3. The installation position of the photoelectric switch.
