RJ45 interface press-fit test machine is hand-assembled shell, PCB components, inserted into the foot straight vibration – straight vibration feed – pull claw shift – pull the claw to guide the product right – press-fit – clamping claw clamping – the next station for conduction test. Currently has been put into use, due to the test program for one-to-one test, computing time is too long, the capacity can only reach 20pcs/min. just to meet customer demand, one person assembly time is also in about 4 seconds, can save the press and test personnel total of 2 people.
