The drawing shows a pneumatic pusher mechanism, which can push materials in two positions, effectively improving the cycle time. The double-rod cylinder is in the original position, and the rodless cylinder drives the pusher plate to push the material out; when returning, the double-rod cylinder rises, which can make the pusher plate move away from the working surface and return to the initial position, so that other processes can be carried out when the rodless cylinder returns, effectively improving efficiency. The pusher plate in this mechanism can realize up and down, left and right movements, which is suitable for conventional pusher design. The drawing is the solidworks2017 version and can be edited and modified.
