PVC plastic air-cooled hot-cutting granulator, the material passes through the feeding port, and under the action of the rotating screw, it is rolled into a ball and rolls forward along the screw groove. Due to the shearing, compression and stirring action of the screw, the material is further mixed, the temperature and pressure gradually increase (using jacket cooling water for cooling), the material is extruded from the small hole at the front end, and finally a product of the desired shape is obtained.
