This set of model for the micro-motor manufacturers PG plastic motor assembly press assembly line, only with pneumatic press and servo press and belt conveyor line combination. The press mold adopts standard hardware mold frame to ensure the structural accuracy and reduce the product cost. The pneumatic press part adopts double-action adjustable cylinders, and the upper mold of the press-fitting mold adopts floating structure. Servo press part adopts 1.5Kw Panasonic servo motor and 8m arc belt output to ball screw. The screw mechanism adopts nut rotary screw for axial movement.
