Description
This is a pen holder glue dispensing and pressing assembly equipment. After the pen holder bottom mold is glued on the glue dispensing machine, it is taken to the pressing machine for pressing and waiting for the glue to dry and solidify. At the same time, the volatile glue gas is sucked away by vacuum suction to prevent pollution of the operating environment.
The upper pressing structure adopts spring buffer pressing to prevent overpressure from crushing the pen holder and also ensure the pressing balance.
It adopts PLC plus touch screen control, which can be applied to different pressing times. 6 groups of cylinders are lined up for continuous pressing. When the front group of cylinders is pressing, the rear group of cylinders can continue to operate for pressing.
