PCB Fixture Chain Track Line – 3D Model SolidWorks

The prototype model of the PCB fixture chain track line is designed and drawn using SW2012. The design principle is to use a stepper motor to drive the sprocket, the sprocket drives the chain to rotate, and the chain drives the upper PCB fixture to move; the chain line can adjust the inner size by turning the handwheel, and the maximum size of the applicable fixture is 450450mm; the model mainly includes linear bearings, T-type screw rods, 6B-1 chains, handwheels, sprockets and other commercially available parts.
