The equipment of this sunroof production line is placed on the double-speed chain flow line for circulation. For workstations with high precision requirements (motor lock, glass lock), independent lines are used for positioning and assembly. For workstations that need to be adjusted, precision adjustment mechanisms and LVDT real-time adjustment are added to ensure that more than 90% of the products off the line are qualified for the first-time surface difference. If they are unqualified, they can be manually repaired at the station to avoid the problem of high defective rate of products off the line. A Kawasaki six-axis robot is used.
The reviewer has something to say: The 3D model file of the non-standard automated panoramic sunroof assembly production line is close to 1G after decompression. It takes a certain amount of time to open it with SolidWorks. Don’t be anxious!
