The loading robot places the product on the servo transfer table, which transfers it to the sprue punching position. After the sprue punching is completed, it is transferred to the buffer pad installation position. The buffer pad is installed twice, first the first two and then the back two. After the installation is completed, it is transferred to the grease coating position. After coating, the transfer table runs to the material removal position, waiting for the robot to take it out. The robot takes out the sprue and product, and puts the next group of products to be processed, and switches production between the left and right workstations.
