3.Equipment operation process
1) Take the worm, visually inspect it to be qualified, and scan the code with a barcode reader (manual 3s)
2) Take the O-ring and install it into the worm, put the whole into the lower fixture, and the sensor senses it in place (manual 3s)
3) Press the start switch (manual 1s)
4) The moving door drops to a safe height, and the servo press drives the bearing pressure head to press down. (6s)
5) After the pressing is completed, the pressure head automatically returns (2s)
6) The horizontal transfer mechanism pushes the coupling pressure head above the press (2s)
7) The servo press drives the coupling pressure head to press down (6s)
8) After the pressing is qualified, the pressure head automatically returns (2s)
9) The fixture transfer system moves the lower fixture to the bottom of the tightening gun (2s)
10) The electric gun transfer mechanism drives the electric torque gun to press down (2s)
11) The electric gun tightens the locking screw at 15-20NM (5s)
12) The electric gun transfer mechanism retracts (2s)
13) The fixture transfer system moves the lower fixture to the bottom of the screw press (2s)
At the same time, the moving door opens
14) Manually remove the workpiece and transfer it to the next process (unqualified alarm, manually remove the unqualified workpiece, put it in the NG box, trigger the NG photoelectric, and reset the system) (manual 2s)
