1.Purpose: Oiling the steering shaft; press the lock sleeve, bushing and steering shaft together as required

3Equipment technical parameters
3.1Equipment power: 7.5kw;
3.2Air source: ≥ 0.5Mpa oil-free, water-free clean compressed air source. Air consumption: 5L/min.
3.3Equipment operation mode: Product loading/unloading is performed by the operator (manual), and oiling and pressing work are completed by the equipment (automatic).
3.4Pressing force monitoring: Pressing force monitoring: The press pressure is 50KN, the pressure sensor accuracy is 0.3%FS, the equipment has a self-calibration function, and there is a segmented monitoring curve.
3.5 Press-in displacement monitoring: accuracy ±0.02mm, full stroke monitoring.
3.6 Qualification judgment: whether the pressure and displacement are within the qualified range
3.7 Position accuracy: the coaxiality between the pressure head positioning center hole and the tooling positioning installation hole is less than 0.05mm, and the verticality between the pressure head and the worktable is 0.05mm.
3.8 Equipment requirements: The pressure head adopts a floating mechanism while ensuring rigidity; the pressure head and fixture are equipped with identifiable sensors, and the equipment can automatically identify them.
3.9 Machine model replacement: The tooling fixture to be replaced is placed under the equipment, and a special placement plate is manufactured.
3.10 Equipment CPK value ≥1.33; the precision of the pressed parts and the pressing precision are accepted according to the requirements of the drawings.
