OP180B pipe column bearing press fitting and radial riveting
1.Purpose: Press the bearing into the upper pipe column and perform radial riveting on the pipe column tube at multiple points;
2.Equipment operation process (riveting at 4 points)
1) Take the upper pipe column tube, and put it into the lower positioning fixture after visual inspection, and the sensor senses that it is in place (4s)
2) Take the bearing, and put it into the upper pressure head after visual inspection, and the sensor senses that it is in place (3s)
3) Press the start button (1s)
4) The servo press drives the bearing to press down and press the bearing into the pipe column (7s)
5) After the press fitting is completed, the riveting cylinder extends, driving the riveting fixture to extend the riveting Press 2 points (3s)
6) If the riveting is qualified, the riveting head will return and the servo press will return (2s)
7) The rotary motor rotates 90 degrees (the rotation angle can be set) (1s)
8) The riveting cylinder extends, driving the riveting fixture to extend and rivet another 2 points (3s)
9) All components are reset (2s)
10) The finished parts are removed manually, the bearings rotate flexibly without jamming, and transferred to the temporary storage station (unqualified alarm, manually take out the unqualified workpieces, put them into the NG box, trigger the NG photoelectric, and reset the system) (2s)
