Fully automatic mask production line, also known as one tow three mask production line, consists of one mask body machine and three ear strap welding machines. It is capable of producing 160-180 complete flat masks per minute, with mask specifications of 175 X 95 mm three-layer non-woven flat filtered masks. Compared with the single stand-alone mask manufacturing machine, it incorporates an automatic conveyor belt and connecting port. This unique design is designed to minimize human involvement and reduce the risk of contamination of the masks in the production process, in addition to increasing production efficiency and reducing labor costs. n This production line is a fully automatic one tow three mask machine, one body machine drives three ear band machines. After the body machine outputs the mask body, the conveyor belt structure conveys the mask body piece to the flipping mechanism, and through the flipping mechanism, the mask disk is flipped to the conveyor belt connected to the ear band machine, and then through the conveyor belt, the mask piece is conveyed to the front of the ear band machine above the first mask disk, and finally through the cylinder downward pressure the mask piece is placed in the mask disk of the ear band machine, and then subsequently by the ear band machine completes the ear band fusion of the masks, the wrapping of edges and other actions, thus completing an ear band mask product. This will complete the production of one ear band mask product.
