OCV Inspection Sorting Machine Catia 3D Model

This is a fully automatic on-line OCV inspection and sorting equipment in CATIA R20 format, with assembly drawing OCV-0000000. Batteries are transported through the main belt conveyor line and positioned by blocking cylinders. Lateral thimble cylinder, the thimble of positive and negative poles will contact with the battery for automatic inspection. There are unqualified robots to transfer the unqualified products to the unqualified products conveying line. The conveying speed is about 250mm/s.
