The material is fed manually, and the touch screen is grasped by the robot’s 6-axis and vision-guided positioning. The appearance and size are inspected visually for secondary positioning. The computer shell is manually fed and positioned by the side clamp. The shell is positioned and compensated by the precision fine-tuning platform equipped with vision and robot positioning. The locking robot is equipped with a tight electric screwdriver to complete the locking action. After the assembly is completed, the equipment is re-inspected to determine OK/NG. The equipment has been put into production and is running stably.
