Network Port Test Line – 3D Model SolidWorks

This equipment is a network port test line, which is a fully automatic equipment including high voltage test, comprehensive test, pin position, verticality, height difference detection, and flat angle test. It consists of a tray storage mechanism, a three-axis loading robot, a high voltage test mechanism, a conveying robot, a comprehensive test mechanism, a flat angle test mechanism, a three-axis unloading robot, and a tray unloading storage mechanism. The specific action is to manually place the tray loaded with products on the loading tray storage mechanism, and the three-axis loading robot takes out the network port in turn and moves it to the high voltage test fixture. The cylinder of the high voltage test mechanism is pushed out, and the loaded product is moved to the test position for high voltage test. After completion, it returns to the origin. If the NG product is transferred to the NG buffer mechanism by the conveying robot, the OK product is transferred to the comprehensive test mechanism for comprehensive testing. After the test is completed, the NG product is transferred to the NG buffer mechanism and the OK product is transferred to the product transfer mechanism. The 3D test mechanism transfer robot takes the product and scans the pins of the 3D test mechanism before transferring it to the first fixture of the flat angle test mechanism. The cylinder of the flat angle test mechanism fixture pushes out the product and transfers it to the first CCD test position. The next product is placed on the second fixture. After the first CCD test is completed, the cylinder returns to move the second fixture product to the second CCD test position, and takes the product on the first fixture and places it on the unloading transfer mechanism. The unloading three-axis robot places the products on the tray unloading storage mechanism in sequence.
