3D model of a complex microwave oven motor automatic assembly line. This complete set of non-standard equipment drawings is designed with SolidWorks 2018. Its main function is to assemble all motors and spare parts and finally unload the finished products to achieve unmanned operation.
1. Through the use of automation, each workstation can be fully automated, and 10 people can be reduced on the basis of the existing 11 people (only one person is required to operate the entire line).
2. The entire line adopts two methods of automatic loading by AGV trolley and automatic loading by vibration plate (coils, silicon steel bodies, and rotors are positioned by carriers and then automatically loaded by AGV trolleys; the rest of the materials are all automatically loaded by vibration plates).
3. A total of 6 robots are used in the entire line (one robot is required for automatic loading of coils, silicon steel bodies, and rotors, and three robots are required for packaging).
4. Line beat: 3.5S, theoretical line hour 1028 units/hour.
5.The production line is mainly divided into: intelligent warehouse area, assembly area, testing area, packaging area, AGV operation area
