This equipment is used for rotor assembly and production in the micro-motor industry. The products used mainly include 95 series rotor specifications of brushless DC motors. The whole machine adopts servo mechanisms. The characteristics of the equipment are that the rotor shaft storage mechanism has a large storage capacity. At the same time, the vertical shaft feeding mechanism is conducive to the rotor shaft sliding into the rotor core. At the same time, the pre-penetration mechanism presses the rotor into the rotor core through the cylinder, which greatly improves the efficiency of the rotor shaft penetrating the shaft hole and reduces equipment operation abnormalities. The transfer mechanism adopts linear synchronous transfer, and the servo module is conducive to machine adjustment. The riveting part uses a 5-ton equivalent servo electric cylinder for riveting. The whole machine beat is controlled at 5s, and the riveting depth and riveting pressure are fed back in real time through the pressure curve and recorded and saved.
