This is my design of a McNamee wheel independent suspension chassis, using 1010 aluminum square tube as the main support, black acrylic board as the upper and lower beams connecting plate, the motor uses a high-torque DC geared motor, geared motor through the coupling connected to the 3-inch McNamee wheel, this kind of wheat wheel is a classic product, and the wheat wheel of 65mm is different, this kind of wheat wheel uses imported carbon steel bearings, each small wheel is very smooth rotation. The rotation of each small wheel is very smooth. The motor is fixedly connected to the mounting plate through the motor support, the mounting plate is made of carbon fiber material, which is designed to achieve the function of vibration damping. The front end of the carbon fiber plate is connected to the shock absorber through the hinge support, and the upper end of the shock absorber is connected to the acrylic beam plate. The two shock absorbers can be adjusted for damping and balanced to control the McNamee wheel to realize the damping function.
