Design requirements: ITO Film moves around the Φ10 bending rod to realize the bending verification of the material.
1. The surface hardness of the bending rod is ≤2B, the material is soft, and the friction damage with the ITO film layer on the surface of the material is small.
2. It can automatically count and count the number of material bending times.
3. The pressure between the bending rod and the material is adjustable. Design a weight plate to adjust the pressure by changing the weight size
4. ITO Film requires automatic transmission, and the product must not be damaged during the transmission process. The transmission method can refer to the printer.
