The action process of the core assembly equipment:
Step 1: The carrier is moved to its position by the conveyor belt, and then lifted and positioned by the cylinder;
Step 2: The manipulator clamping mechanism moves to the left side of the material receiving area, and the left material discharging and pushing mechanism moves to push the product from the carrier into the clamping mechanism;
Step 3: The manipulator moves to the top of the carrier, and the cylinder moves to push the magnet into the carrier;
Step 4: The manipulator clamping mechanism moves to the right side of the material receiving area, and the right material discharging and pushing mechanism moves to push the product from the carrier into the clamping mechanism;
Step 5: The pushing cylinder returns to its position, the manipulator places the product on the carrier, and the cylinder of the positioning mechanism on the carrier moves down to let the carrier flow away;
Step 6: The product fills the carrier, the manipulator withdraws, and the cylinder moves the carrier to the other side, and the cycle continues;
