Description
This equipment mainly has four working stations, namely, cylinder loading station, cover feeding station, riveting station, and finished product discharging station. The working principle of the whole machine is that the cylinder is loaded at the cylinder loading station, and after loading, it is sent to the cover feeding station by the divider, and it is docked with the hole of the cover at the cover feeding station and assembled. The assembled cylinder and cover are sent to the riveting station by the divider for riveting, and the riveted cover and cylinder are sent to the discharging station by the divider, and are grabbed by the robot at the discharging station and sent out of the machine.
