The equipment mainly automatically loads materials through the lower bracket. First, the lower bracket of the battery cells is placed manually. In the feeding conveyor belt, the manipulator grabs the lower bracket and enters the tooling plate of the double-speed chain. The speed of the double-speed chain is adjusted according to the production speed. The tooling of the double-speed chain can also be adapted to a variety of battery cells. The lower bracket is transported into the battery core through double-speed transportation. Installation station. After the batteries come out of the sorting machine, they are pasted with green paper. After pasting, CCS will check whether there are any that have not been pasted. This station is for cell detection and sorting of defective cells. Then the robot will pick up the cells with green paper and put them into good products. In the conveyor belt line, the battery core enters the feeding machine through the belt line. There is a feeding mechanism at the end of the conveyor belt. When the battery core enters the tail, two sets of cylinders push the battery core into the material of the vertical feeding machine respectively. In the belt, when the vertical loading machine is pulled up to the top, the cell pushing and distributing cylinders push the cells into the material tube and load 4 cells at a time. The material tube is a plastic corrugated tube, as shown in the picture The outlet of the corrugated pipe is not shown and is directly connected to the inlet of the 4-axis robot’s discharging jig. The insertion accuracy of the four-axis robot’s battery cells is 0.1MM. The robot is responsible for inserting the battery cells with the positive pole facing upward each time. 4. After inserting, enter the next position and insert the negative electrode of the battery. There are two such battery insertion machines and robots. The front one is for the positive electrode and the back is for the negative electrode. It can also be seen from the picture of the bus. When all the battery cells are inserted, they enter the polarity detector at the back. The CCD visual inspection machine is mainly used to detect whether there are incorrect insertions. After the detection is completed, it enters the unloading position. This is where all the battery cells have been inserted and tested. The unloading machine clamps the entire battery pack with a three-axis manipulator. There are two unloading conveyor belts, one for conveying good products, and the other for placing the bad products detected by CCD.
