The project is mainly used in 8.5 generation high generation LCD production line. Liquid crystal glass is fed one box at a time, and liquid crystal glass boxes are stored one glass and one sponge at a time. Linear motors are used as moving actuators to improve efficiency. The mechanism has its own dynamic dismantling stomping mechanism and CCD centering mechanism. The box of liquid crystal glass will be transported to the designated location, linear motor above the set of two robotic mounting stations. One is responsible for sucking up the sponge and placing it inside another BOX, and the other is responsible for sucking up the glass panel to the top of the positioning platform. When a box of LCD glass is sucked up, the empty box is automatically discharged to the palletizing mechanism for automatic palletizing. The alignment step is completed by the CCD alignment mechanism, and the single-axis manipulator is transported to the designated position. The STAGE handling robot flows to the next station.
