Label size requirements: Side label length and width 100X100mm Label is centered at a certain height from the bottom of the material
The inner length and width of the paper core is 25X70mm The label should be affixed at a certain height from the top surface of the material
Mechanical design requirements
1. The design can be easily installed on this rack. Side labeling (side of the coil) and paper core labeling (hole inner diameter 76mm) can automatically adapt to meet different materials and specifications
2. The two labeling machines are independent in structure, which is convenient for the movement of each station. The effective stroke of the side labeling machine is not less than 800mm
3. The control and visual interface are reasonably designed to facilitate observation and operation
4. The final design structure drawings and action description drawings are sent to Party A for confirmation
Electrical control requirements
1. It can establish open Ethernet (TCP/IP) communication with Siemens S1200plc. The production information in the PLC, such as material type, operator, weight, production time and date, and process parameters, are connected in the form of a string, and data is transferred through a PC. The PLC sends it to the printer through TCP communication and prints it out, so as to achieve the purpose of tracing the production process information of the product according to the product text number
2. The content layout of the label can be modified according to customer needs
Chinese and English, barcodes, QR code numbers, and logos can be printed
