Iron Roller Shaft Tooling – 3D Model SolidWorks

During the installation of the rice polishing machine, the iron roller needs to be put on the main shaft. The iron roller weighs 50Kg and the main shaft weighs 75Kg. The installer needs to put the iron roller on the main shaft. It is too difficult to move the iron roller by manpower. The designed roller-putting tooling includes a lifting trolley. Place the shaft on the trolley, raise the trolley, place the shaft on the bracket, and then place the iron roller on the trolley and raise it to the same height as the shaft. Put the iron roller on the main shaft and the installation is completed.
