This equipment is mainly developed for products such as game coin electronic keys, and can be used universally by replacing the vibration plate and fixture. The equipment is driven by a divider to drive the six-station turntable, and then the bottom cover is loaded at the first station. The bottom cover is transported by the vibration plate to the loading station, and then the robot picks it up and puts it into the bottom cover loading high position; the second station is reserved for subsequent additional stations; the third station is the upper cover loading station, and the loading method is the same as the bottom cover loading station, with the vibration plate feeding and the robot picking it up and moving it to the turntable fixture; the fourth station, the upper and lower bottom covers are assembled and pressed; the fifth station, the assembled products are welded together by an ultrasonic welder; the sixth station, the assembled products are unloaded and placed into the unloading track, and then flow out of the machine and collected.
