Fully Automatic PCB Board Six-Head Labeling Machine – 3D Model SolidWorks

This is a fully automatic six-head labeling machine for PCB boards (bare boards, without SMT plug-ins). It can realize automatic loading, automatic positioning, automatic label tearing and label preparation. The robot with six labeling heads absorbs six labels at the same time, and then sticks them in the required position, and then releases the PCB boards to the unloader for automatic stacking. The whole process does not require manual intervention except for manually taking and placing the stacked PCB boards from the unloader. The adjustable width belt line can adapt to different PCB board sizes, and can be connected to other SMT equipment, or it can operate independently. The unloader can also be used or not according to needs. The program can control the simultaneous absorption of six labels, and each label head can operate independently. For example, if four labels are attached to a PCB board, six labels can be taken at the same time, and four labels can be attached and the other two can be left for the next PCB board. It can also be controlled to absorb only four labels. This equipment has been modified by us several times, and dozens of units have been produced, and the factory standard has been formed. The parts are complete and editable, and every part has been verified. If you need to modify it, it is recommended to make only minor changes.
