Its main function is to assemble all the motors and spare parts and finally unload the finished products to achieve unmanned operation. The internal design principles are divided into: vibration plate feeding, clamping, assembly, handling, flipping, screw locking, spring sheet installation, unloading and unloading, finished product transportation, etc. The vibration plate loading part adopts a belt plus a flow fixture plate to cycle. Just put the product on the fixture and transfer it through the conveyor belt. The gripping robot will grip and assemble it. After completion, the fixture will work in a cycle.
