It can detect the axial force, torque and torque coefficient of large hexagonal high-strength bolt connection pairs (M12-30) and torsion shear type high-strength bolt pairs (M16-30), and automatically calculate the average value and standard deviation of the torque coefficient of a group of bolt pairs. It has the function of displaying and printing all the main indicators. The test process realizes automatic loading. When the axial force reaches the value specified by the standard, the detector emits a buzzer and records the test data. The equipment automatically stops loading, and automatically reverses and loosens the sample after staying for 1 second. At the same time, the detector automatically calculates the torque coefficient and displays it according to the detected axial force and torque; when a group of tests is completed, the detector automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of N test pieces; the control system can cyclically update and store 32 sets of data and can read and print them at any time.
