Four-Jaw Self-Centering Chuck – 3D Model SolidWorks
Four-jaw hollow self-centering chuck, mostly used in laser tube cutting machine equipment.
It can clamp round tubes, square tubes, I-beams and various special-shaped tubes, and can be driven by a servo motor. It is driven by a cylinder gear structure internally and clamped by pneumatics. It can clamp tubes with a diameter of 25-200mm, covering most specifications.
The internal structure is very complete. Each part has complete modeling details and material property settings, and can even be used directly for 2D drawings; the general assembly drawing has comprehensive assembly constraints and can even perform motion simulation.
The three-dimensional structure is completely independently developed. After several months of communication and brainstorming by several partners, the entire structure can withstand scrutiny and is very practical.
This drawing is for learning and communication only. Interested partners are welcome to download it
