F-Type Connector Automatic Assembly Equipment – 3D Model SolidWorks
This design drawing shows an F-head joint automatic assembly machine. It uses a vibration plate to discharge materials and inserts the needle into the F-head base through an automatic assembly mechanism. The whole process includes inserting the needle, installing the sealing gasket, installing the upper cover, inserting the shell and riveting the shell. The production efficiency of this machine is 3,500 pieces per minute. The drawings include 3D models, engineering drawings and BOM.
