Exoskeleton Rehabilitation Machine Chain-Driven Upper Limb Rehabilitation Training Robot For Hemiplegic Patients – 3D Model SolidWorks
With the continuous development of science and technology, the research on robots for assisting the elderly, the disabled and medical rehabilitation has developed rapidly. Hemiplegia, also known as hemiplegia, refers to the movement disorder of the upper and lower limbs, facial muscles and lower part of the tongue muscle on one side. It is a common symptom of acute cerebrovascular disease [1]. In addition to early surgical treatment and necessary drug treatment, hemiplegic patients also need to use physical therapy scientifically to assist drug treatment to achieve the effect of rehabilitation and consolidation of the patient’s upper limb motor function [2]. This project aims to design a robot for upper limb rehabilitation training of hemiplegic patients caused by cerebral stroke. The robot has four degrees of freedom, which can complete the flexion and extension, rotation, internal and external swing of the shoulder and flexion and extension of the elbow, so as to help patients recover the activity function of their upper limbs as soon as possible.
This project will use robot technology and CAD software to design a chain-driven upper limb rehabilitation training robot suitable for hemiplegic patients.
